PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN FULL:
We talk with our audience about sending one set of instructions to our invited speakers ahead of our episode and brag about our guests’ ability to handle all of this with no additional work on our part, which is what every person booking you hopes for.
- Please complete all items two weeks ahead of our scheduled recording session. If we do not have them 2 weeks in advance we may need to push back the episode.
- We recommend setting aside 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the form.
- Be prepared to provide the following details:
- Most recent bio
- Audience size & types you are most effective with
- Social handles & URLs
- 3 clips we can review on the show together.
- On the show, we discuss that all of the guests are booked with one e-mail and that they complete their commitment by posting to their social media. This shows that the guests are easy to coordinate with and follow through with their commitments. Be sure that you are prepared to re-post when your episode goes live. We will be able to give you the AIR date at the end of our recording. (If you would like a rushed AIR date because it will help you to have the episode for your other media efforts, you can fast track your episode to release in under a week if you pay the $1,000 episode production cost, yes, that is our hard cost)
- Is there someone else on your team that we should work with in coordinating an interview with you, e.g. someone who handles your calendar, social media, audio, PR, etc.? If so, please e-mail those contacts to info@bookknownspeakers.com
- Be sure that you are wearing headphones to prevent feedback and echo.
- Because this will be a podcast and YouTube, please prepare both the presentation of yourself and your background. This includes staying hydrated and avoiding background noise.
